mmm... brown green and spicy

The gf and i are stuffing ourselves tonight at Big Wok, an all-you-can-eat mongolian bbq place, and i'm ready to barf... but in a good way. Maybe it was going back for that second plate when i was already full, maybe it was all the dragon fire oil i put on my food, but whatever it was, i can't sit up straight and i'm breathing using very shallow breaths. Other than the pain that comes from binging myself into a shallow coma everytime i eat here, i love it.



You can see my dish on the left, usually consisting of some pork, beef, broccoli, green and white onions, a healthy handful of cilantro, then 3 scoops each of spicy bbq sauce and dragon pepper oil, as well as some extra ginger and garlic water stuff. It took me several trips to refine the ratios of the sauces, so take note. It's delicious and obviously superior to my gf's "healthy" mix with tofu, tomatoes, and cabbage, although i'm sure hers is tasty as well. If you've never had mongolian bbq before, get a group of friends together and try it.
